Nikki Kushwaha has been selected as a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead business analysis and transformation initiatives, including As-Is and To-Be assessments, requirement gathering, and creation of BRD and FRS documents. She brings expertise in Business Strategy, Geopolitical Strategy, and UI/UX analysis, along with the ability to independently manage project tracks and deliver high-quality outcomes. Her strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder collaboration are complemented by proficiency in tools such as MS Office, MS Project, Jira, Visio, Figma, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Additionally, her experience in business and geopolitical strategy, program management, and financial systems, along with a solid understanding of industry best practices in workflow design, adds significant value to the role.
