An HR Trainee is an entry-level professional who assists the human resources department with day-to-day operations. Responsibilities span the employee lifecycle, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, managing onboarding and orientation, and updating HR information systems.
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings on job boards, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters, conduct new-hire orientations, and help with exit formalities.
- Data Management: Update employee databases, track attendance, and ensure digital and hard-copy personnel files are kept confidential and accurate.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for routine staff inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Learning & Development: Help coordinate training sessions and compile feedback from employee evaluations
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
