Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the customer shopping experience across our Furniture and Home Décor stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating attractive product displays, maintaining store aesthetics, executing seasonal themes, and ensuring that furniture and décor products are presented in a manner that maximizes customer engagement and sales.
The role requires a strong understanding of interior styling, furniture layouts, space planning, color coordination, and retail presentation standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Merchandising & Store Presentation
- Design and execute visual merchandising strategies across all store locations.
- Create inspiring furniture and décor displays that reflect brand identity and current trends.
- Ensure showroom displays are maintained to the highest standards at all times.
- Develop room settings, lifestyle displays, and thematic presentations.
- Plan and execute seasonal, festive, promotional, and campaign-based displays.
- Maintain display standards as per VM guidelines and SOPs.
Furniture & Décor Styling
- Style furniture displays using home décor accessories, artwork, lighting, rugs, cushions, and decorative items.
- Coordinate furniture and décor placement to create appealing customer experiences.
- Ensure proper product positioning to highlight key collections and new arrivals.
- Refresh displays regularly to maintain customer interest.
Inventory & Product Management
- Monitor display stock and coordinate replenishment requirements with inventory and store teams.
- Conduct regular audits of display inventory and décor assets.
- Maintain records of VM materials, props, and décor inventory.
- Coordinate transfers of décor and display materials between stores when required.
Store Launches & Display Setup
- Execute VM setup for new store openings and store renovations.
- Coordinate installation and display arrangement during new product launches.
- Support furniture floor planning and layout implementation.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Retail Operations, Marketing, E-commerce, and Warehouse teams.
- Coordinate product availability for displays, photoshoots, and promotional activities.
- Support online catalog and social media shoots through product styling and display preparation.
Customer Experience Enhancement
- Ensure showroom ambiance reflects luxury and premium retail standards.
- Analyze customer movement and product interaction to improve display effectiveness.
- Support sales teams with product storytelling through effective visual presentation.
Reporting & Analysis
- Conduct regular store VM audits and share reports with management.
- Provide recommendations for improving store layouts and display effectiveness.
- Track display performance and customer engagement trends.

Qualifications

- Certification in Visual Merchandising is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Visual Merchandising.
- Preference for candidates from Furniture, Home Décor, Lifestyle, Luxury Retail, Interior Design, or Large Format Retail backgrounds.
