Rahul B Agarwal & Associates is a Chartered Accountancy firm providing professional services in Accounting, Taxation, GST, Audit, Corporate Compliance, and Advisory. We are looking for a competent and proactive Accounts Executive to join our growing team.
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be currently working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Must be residing in Navi Mumbai (Mandatory)
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com with relevant CA firm experience, or
- CA/CMA Inter (Dropout) with strong practical knowledge and relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Finalization of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for Individuals, Firms, LLPs, Companies, Trusts, etc.
- GST compliances including registrations, return filing, reconciliations, notices, and advisory.
- Preparation and filing of TDS returns, TDS reconciliations, and compliance.
- Assisting in Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, and Internal Audit assignments.
- Preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
- Drafting replies to notices received from the Income Tax and GST Departments.
- Client coordination for obtaining documents and resolving compliance-related queries.
- Ensuring timely completion of statutory compliances and adherence to due dates.
