Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform, specializing in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing CSM solutions while working closely with business stakeholders to enhance customer service processes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Expertise in Case Management, Consumer Service Operations, and Customer Service Portal.
- Experience with Agent Workspace and Configurable Workspace.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.
- Knowledge of Service Portal customization.
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security concepts.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM (CIS-CSM).
- Experience with Customer Journey Management and Workforce Optimization.
- Exposure to ITSM integration with CSM.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
