Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Marathi Language
Experience: 1-5 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Job Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective customers and explain company offerings in Marathi.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound calls.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Meet assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Address customer concerns and resolve queries effectively.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Sales, or Customer Service.
- Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2C sales, EdTech, E-commerce, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and customer interactions.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
