Job Title: Primary Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage curricular and co-curricular activities in the Primary section
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation as per board and central guidelines
- Monitor lesson planning, classroom delivery, assessments, and teacher performance
- Mentor teachers, conduct inductions, and support professional development
- Manage timetables, substitutions, assessments, PTMs, and academic events
- Coordinate with Principal, management, central committees, and departments
- Handle parent interactions, concerns, and ensure parent satisfaction
- Ensure discipline, decorum, displays, and policy adherence in the wing
- Oversee academic documentation and support HR in recruitment and retention
Qualification: Any Graduate with B.Ed
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role such as Coordinator / Supervisor / HOD / Examination Head / Lead Teacher / Head Teacher
