We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products or services, achieve sales targets, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is organized.
Process billing and maintain accurate sales records.
Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Plus Two (preferred).
2-4 years of sales or customer service experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
