D2C Meta Ads Specialist
Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad (Work From Office – 6 Days/Week)

About the Role
We are looking for a Meta Ads Executive who is passionate about performance marketing and enjoys spending their day inside Meta Ads Manager. You will be responsible for executing, launching, managing, optimizing, and scaling Meta advertising campaigns across our D2C portfolio. This is a hands-on execution role where you'll work closely with the Growth team to drive customer acquisition through continuous testing and optimization. Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for D2C, eCommerce, or digital marketing agencies
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Hands-on experience launching, managing, optimizing, and scaling Meta campaigns
- Good understanding of Sales, Retargeting, ABO, CBO, and Advantage+ Shopping campaigns
- Basic understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), event tracking, and attribution
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail and execution accuracy
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work from the office in Hitech City, Hyderabad (6 days/week)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Shopify brands
- Experience managing campaigns for health, wellness, or D2C brands
- Meta Blueprint Certification is an added advantage

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
