Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Aesthetic Therapist / Skin Therapist / Laser Technician to join our aesthetics clinic in Rajouri Garden and CR Park in Delhi.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating HydraFacial and Laser Hair Removal / Laser Hair Reduction (LHR) machines and should be comfortable performing professional skin and hair aesthetic treatments for clients.
The primary responsibility is to perform aesthetic treatments safely, correctly and professionally while providing an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform HydraFacial / Hydra facial treatments and other non-invasive skin treatments.
- Perform Laser Hair Removal / Laser Hair Reduction (LHR) treatments using clinic equipment.
- Operate aesthetic and laser machines safely according to the clinic's treatment protocols and training.
- Prepare clients before treatment and explain the procedure, precautions and pre- and post-treatment care.
- Assess basic skin and hair concerns and communicate treatment requirements to the concerned doctor / senior aesthetic professional when required.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness and safety of the treatment room, machines and equipment.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and appointment/treatment details.
- Ensure clients are comfortable and treated professionally throughout the procedure.
- Handle aesthetic equipment responsibly and report any machine or equipment issue immediately.
- Assist the doctor / dermatologist during procedures when required.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients and contribute to a positive clinic experience.
Required Skills & Experience
Must have hands-on experience in at least these two areas:
- HydraFacial
- Laser Hair Removal / Laser Hair Reduction
Candidates with experience in skin treatments, medi-facials, chemical peels, carbon peel, microdermabrasion, Q-switch or other aesthetic treatments will be preferred.
Candidate Profile

- Trained and confident in performing aesthetic treatments.
- Comfortable operating HydraFacial and laser hair reduction equipment.
- Knowledgeable about basic skin types, treatment procedures and client safety.
- Well-spoken, presentable and professional with clients.
- Gentle and careful while performing treatments.
- Responsible about hygiene, equipment handling and treatment protocols.
- Able to work independently and as part of a clinic team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
