Role Overview
Handle recruitment, lead generation, and business development for the US market.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end recruitment & candidate sourcing
* Screening, shortlisting & interview coordination
* Lead generation & client prospecting US market
* Outbound communication calls, emails, LinkedIn
* Pipeline management & follow-ups
* Support sales & business development activities
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
* Experience in US recruitment / sales / BD / lead generation preferred
* Strong communication & client-handling skills
* Target-driven and career-focused
* Immediate joiners preferred
