Core Responsibilities
- Patient Acquisition & Specialty Marketing
- Develop and execute hyper-targeted campaigns for specific high-value clinical specialties
- Design referral programs and build strategic partnerships with local clinics, family physicians, and resident welfare associations (RWAs).
- Organize community outreach initiatives, including free health camps, wellness webinars, and public health awareness seminars.
- Healthcare Digital Marketing
- Oversee the hospital’s website, managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for local medical searches (e.g., "best neonatologist near me").
- Run target-driven Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and paid social media campaigns to drive appointment bookings.
- Direct video content production featuring doctor interviews, patient success stories, and virtual facility tours.
- Reputation & Crisis Management
- Monitor and manage the hospital's online reputation across Google Business Profiles, Practo, and other healthcare review portals.
- Coordinate swift, professional responses to patient reviews, complaints, and public relations escalations.
- Draft press releases for breakthrough surgeries, medical milestones, or new technology adoptions.
- Healthcare Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure all marketing collateral, website copy, and advertisements strictly adhere to local healthcare regulations and medical council ethical guidelines.
- Maintain stringent patient data privacy standards, keeping all digital campaigns compliant with healthcare privacy laws (like HIPAA or national equivalents).
- Review doctor credentials and medical facts in all promotional materials before publication to avoid misinformation.
- Internal Branding & B2B Corporate Tie-ups
- Partner with the corporate relations team to secure empanelment with major companies, public sector undertakings, and insurance providers (TPAs).
- Manage internal hospital branding, including patient signage, information brochures, and employee newsletters.
- Analyze patient footfall data and ROI on marketing spend to present regular reports to hospital management.
Pay: ₹12,419.16 - ₹30,000.00 per month
