Work Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data for purchase and sales transactions
- Generate and manage billing/invoices efficiently
- Maintain records of inventory and stock movements
- Track and update bills, payments, and outstanding balances
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial and operational records
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and data updates
- Assist in basic reporting and data analysis as required
Requirements
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Busy Software or Zoho Software is a must
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a back office or similar role
- Basic knowledge of data entry for purchase and sales records
- Good typing speed and accuracy; ability to handle data entry efficiently
- Familiarity with billing processes and documentation
- Understanding of inventory tracking and record management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
