We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Training Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, generating leads, building relationships with educational institutions, and promoting our training programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels.
- Promote IT training programs and drive student enrollments.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, institutions, and student communities.
- Visit colleges to conduct awareness sessions, career guidance programs, and seminars.
- Establish and manage collaboration opportunities with academic partners.
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns to attract prospective students.
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and meetings to convert them into enrollments.
- Counsel students on course offerings and career opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation and brand promotion.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the education or training sector.
- Proven track record in lead generation, student counseling, or admissions activities.
- Experience in college outreach or institutional partnerships is an added advantage.
