Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer with 9–10 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, and office interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning
- Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, presentations, and design concepts.
- Create detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and joinery details.
- Review and verify BOQs, drawings, and project specifications
- Should have worked on Institutional Projects.
Client Coordination
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and preferences.
- Present design concepts, material selections, and project proposals.
- Manage client expectations and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Management
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously from design development to project completion.
- Prepare project timelines and monitor design deliverables.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.
Site Coordination & Supervision
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality.
- Review site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Resolve site-related design and technical issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Assist in vendor selection and material procurement.
- Review quotations and compare specifications and costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and furnishings.
Team Leadership
- Guide and mentor junior designers and drafting teams.
- Review drawings and design documentation prepared by team members.
- Ensure adherence to company design standards and quality benchmarks.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior detailing.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
