We’re looking for a proactive Brand Operations Executive to help us streamline and scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands e-commerce (especially Amazon), and can manage diverse tasks-ranging from operations to data sorting, streamlining processes to cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day brand operations across functions like inventory, logistics, listings, and customer experience.
- Coordinate between production department, designers, marketing partners, and freelancers.
- Sort and manage data in Excel/Sheets—pricing, SKUs, inventory flow, shipment, etc.
- Predict trends in demand, plan replenishment, and ensure smooth backend operations.
- Streamline company processes and operations wherever necessary for smooth flow.
- Support product development by managing timelines and resources.
- Monitor reviews, feedback, and quality checks.
- Handle any operational roadblocks or troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in brand/e-commerce operations preferred (Amazon US experience is a plus)
- Strong command of Excel, data analytics, trend prediction
- Highly organized, good at multitasking, and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude and a hunger to grow with a young brand
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Background in wellness, D2C, or FMCG is a bonus

Compensation:
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. required for the job.
