L&T Solar Systems is hiring a Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the Talegaon, Maharashtra region. You will identify commercial, industrial, and residential opportunities for solar installations. This role bridges technical engineering solutions with commercial sales execution.
�� Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation: Identify and target industrial manufacturing units and commercial establishments in the Talegaon MIDC area.
· Technical Consultation: Assess client energy requirements, conduct site feasibility surveys, and recommend optimal solar capacities.
· Proposal Development: Preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ROI calculations, and payback period analysis for clients.
· Deal Closure: Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contract terms, and close high-value solar project deals.
· Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with local developers, electrical contractors, and industrial consultants.
· Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor activity, pricing structures, and emerging solar policies in Maharashtra.
