Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA)Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and presentable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintain a high level of professionalism, and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
- Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Organize events, conferences, and business visits.
- Assist with expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks.
- Support project coordination and special assignments as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with calendar management and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
