PACT Foundation is a Goa-based non-profit working on education, skills and inclusion. We run the Happy School Project across 40-plus schools, the Goa Super 100 scholarship, the PACT x QS ImpACT Youth Scholarship, and Radio Mandovi 88.4 FM, Goa's first community radio station.
We are looking for one person to own our storytelling. You will be in classrooms, at the station and on the ground. You will shoot it, cut it and publish it.
What you will do
- Shoot and edit reels. This is the core of the job. Classrooms, scholars, radio shows, events, field days.
- Run our Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube. Plan the calendar, write the captions, post, reply.
- Create content for Radio Mandovi 88.4 FM – promos, show clips, presenter cut-downs.
- Cover our events, including Foundation Day and school launches.
- Report monthly on what worked. Reach, saves, shares, follower growth. Plain numbers, plain recommendations.
What we need
- Fluency in CapCut or Premiere Pro, plus Canva.
- English, and Konkani or Marathi. You will be interviewing teachers, students and villagers.
- Willingness to be in the field.
- 0–2 years' experience. Freshers are welcome.
Good to have
- Photography, or basic audio editing.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools.
- Any experience with schools, youth or community work.
