Job Summary:
Vihaari 24 Business Hotel is seeking an attentive and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out. Your main responsibilities will include managing reservations, providing information about hotel services, and responding to guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage room reservations and handle online and telephone bookings.
- Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional, courteous manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are addressed promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and keep the reception area organized.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with accuracy.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure guest privacy.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
