- Supervise and manage all cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant premises.
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, storage areas, staff areas, and exterior premises as per company standards.
- Prepare and manage daily cleaning schedules, duty rosters, and task assignments for housekeeping staff.
- Monitor the proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and materials in compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Train cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of equipment.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Control cleaning supplies inventory and coordinate with management for timely replenishment.
- Ensure waste disposal is carried out correctly and in accordance with environmental and hygiene standards.
- Handle staff performance, discipline, and attendance related to the cleaning team.
- Coordinate with restaurant management, kitchen, and service teams to support smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety rules, and statutory regulations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management as required for operational needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
