About Role:
The Recruitment Operations professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, and process compliance. This role plays a critical part in enabling the Talent Acquisition team through analytics, reporting, automation, and vendor governance to drive hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Data & Analytics
Own and manage recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership.
Generate hiring insights and recruitment metrics (SLA, TAT, source mix, etc.).
Maintain candidate records and ensure GDPR compliance and audit readiness.
2. Process Optimization & Efficiency
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance recruiter productivity.
Support automation of recurring tasks and maintain knowledge repositories.
Standardize templates for job descriptions, offer letters, and contracts.
3. Technology & Systems Management
Manage recruitment systems, data accuracy, and integration with HR tools.
Coordinate with Payroll, HR Operations, and IT teams for smooth pre-boarding/onboarding.
Ensure data quality and timely updates in recruitment systems.
4. Vendor Governance & Compliance
Manage vendor empanelment, invoicing, and performance monitoring.
Ensure adherence to compliance requirements across recruitment processes.
Maintain audit readiness and documentation for all recruitment activities.
5. Recruitment Support Functions
Manage Employee Referral, Internal Job Postings (IJP), Background Verification (BGV), and medical coordination.
Own document collection and personal file creation for new hires.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a seamless hiring experience
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition support.
- Exposure to HRMS / ATS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, etc.) preferred.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline is mandatory.
MBA / Postgraduate Diploma in HR preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, presentations).
Certification in HR Analytics, Excel Reporting, or Data Visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) will be an added advantage.
