We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) for our manufacturing plant. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to start their career in core manufacturing and gain hands-on industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in production, quality, maintenance, or assembly operations
Learn and support day-to-day plant activities
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Support senior engineers in process improvement activities
Maintain basic reports and documentation
Work closely with cross-functional teams
Requirements
BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
Good learning attitude and willingness to work on shop floor
Strong communication and teamwork skills
