Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain printing press machinery.
- Ensure smooth functioning of printing machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance of printing machines.
- Monitor print quality, colour accuracy, registration, and production standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Identify machine breakdowns and take immediate corrective action.
- Maintain records of machine maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Ensure proper calibration and settings of printing machines.
- Coordinate with vendors/service engineers for major repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and workplace standards.
- Control wastage and improve machine efficiency.
- Train machine operators on proper machine handling and safety procedures.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of printing press machinery and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance.
- Good technical and mechanical understanding.
- Ability to work under production pressure.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and production-related reporting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
