Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while also developing and implementing effective testing strategies that align with business objectives. You will focus on applying your knowledge of quality processes and methodologies to enhance the testing lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of quality are addressed throughout the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create automation testing solutions focused on Regulatory and Data products
- Build CI / CD pipelines addressing functional and non-functional testing levels in an Agile SDLC
- Increase our testing capabilities to create high quality products for our Clients
- Deliver innovative solutions with repeatable DevOps engineering approaches reducing manual processes
- Collaborate with Engineers and Product specialists to experiment and iterate our offerings
- Share knowledge and expertise with the technology community and grow our engineering culture
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Experience in coding, developing test methodologies and test automation solutions
- Experience in implementing solutions on cloud-based architectures
- Proficient in languages Java, JavaScript, Shell Scripting,
- Capable in front-end and back-end testing frameworks Selenium, API or streaming data
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases or relevant Big Data
- Non-functional testing experience especially Performance Testing
- Strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
