Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating leads, promoting real estate projects, conducting site visits, converting prospects into customers, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field activities, digital platforms, referrals, and channel partners.
- Contact prospective customers and schedule project presentations and site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and available offers to clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
- Participate in exhibitions, property expos, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and corporate clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Assist customers with documentation, booking formalities, and post-sales coordination.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Sales-oriented with target achievement capability.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
