Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth in the Personal Care, Home Care, and Skin Care segments. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities across domestic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert business leads.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- MBA/BBA in Marketing or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in FMCG, Personal Care, Home Care, or Skin Care industry preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (minimum 3 weeks/month).
