Position Summary
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers, understand their immigration goals, build trust, and schedule qualified appointments or convert them into registered clients.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, communication, negotiation, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact fresh and existing leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-up communication.
- Explain the firm's immigration and study visa services professionally.
- Understand client requirements and assess basic eligibility.
- Generate appointments for visa counsellors and senior consultants.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the client registers.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle objections confidently and convert inquiries into business.
- Coordinate with counsellors, filing officers, and the operations team.
- Ensure timely responses to all client inquiries.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of client information.
- Represent the firm's values with professionalism and integrity.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Minimum 120–150 outbound calls per day.
- High-quality follow-ups with every assigned lead.
- Consistent appointment generation.
- Target-based client registrations.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Accurate CRM updates with zero data manipulation.
- Strong customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Positive attitude with a sales mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email, WhatsApp Business).
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to learn immigration products quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Service, Education, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or Immigration.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
