We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Head r to drive channel sales and agent partnerships for the University’s Online Degree and Certification Programs. The role involves building, managing, and expanding a strong network of education agents, channel partners, consultants, and franchise associates to maximize student enrollments and revenue generation across assigned regions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills, channel sales expertise, and a deep understanding of the higher education or online learning ecosystem.
- Identify, onboard, and manage education agents, channel partners, admission consultants, and franchise networks.
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase student acquisition for online programs.
- Expand and strengthen the partner ecosystem across assigned territories.
- Drive admissions and revenue targets through channel sales networks.
- Monitor sales performance of agents and partners regularly.
- Develop regional sales plans and execute growth strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities with channel partners.
- Ensure partners are well-informed about university programs, admission processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Build long-term relationships to improve retention and productivity of partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student demand patterns.
- Identify new business opportunities and regional expansion possibilities.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with admissions, marketing, and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Ensure timely closure of applications and admission processes.
- Proven experience in channel sales, agent sales, or franchise sales.
- Strong network within the education, EdTech, or training industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and regional targets effectively.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in Online Programs / Distance Education / EdTech sales will be highly preferred.
