Sr. Managers-Finance
1. Collection Performance: Achieving overall collection targets, monitoring outstanding funds, and minimizing defaults
2. Strategic Execution: Implementing collection strategies and SOPs across projects/teams
3. Delayed Fund Recovery: Handling critical and high-value recovery cases and guiding teams
4. Availability Management: Ensuring proper hold/booking/release management across platforms
5. Associates and Customer Service: Managing escalations and ensuring effective communication
6. Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with associates, customers, banks, and internal teams
7. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to RERA, JDA Patta, loan guidelines, and company policies
8. Reporting and Analysis: Reviewing reports, analysing trends, and providing insights
9. Process Improvement: Improving collection and documentation processes
10. Team Management: Leading managers and teams, monitoring performance
11. Training and Development: Training teams on collections, compliance, and system
12. Free from all other liabilities, IT responsibility.
13. Any other works assigned by the seniors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
