Designation: Global Talent Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities :
- Support global IT talent acquisition for infrastructure roles including Networking, Cloud, Data Center, and Systems Administration.
- Coordinate international recruitment activities across multiple regions and time zones. Work with hiring managers and project teams to understand resource needs and prepare job descriptions.
- Source and screen candidates using job portals, social platforms, and professional networks.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support hiring decisions.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and upcoming IT projects. Assist project teams with staffing plans, resource tracking, and documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide staffing status updates.
- Identify skill gaps and support training or upskilling initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company at recruitment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
