Responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of the ER during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient patient flow, quality patient care, and compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
Coordinates with doctors, nurses, and support departments, manages staffing and resource allocation, addresses patient and family concerns, responds to emergencies and operational issues, and ensures patient safety, service excellence, and effective communication among all stakeholders.
