The ideal candidate will be proficient in building and maintaining web and mobile applications, possess a keen eye for UI/UX details, and be a proactive problem solver. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Baner, Pune.
Develop and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using React JS and React Native.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Write clean, reusable, and efficient code, following best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to the improvement of team coding standards.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with React JS and React Native.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs integration.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux or similar).
Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
Understanding of mobile app deployment (iOS & Android).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with backend frameworks (Node.js, Express) is a plus.
