Job Summary
We are looking for a Tour Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end operational aspects of tours and travel packages. The role involves coordinating with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, guides, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of every trip and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations of domestic and international tour packages.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters, guides, and activity providers.
- Prepare and verify itineraries, hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, activities, and meal plans.
- Confirm all travel arrangements before the guest's arrival.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding rates, availability, bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate booking records, vouchers, confirmations, and operational documents.
- Coordinate airport/railway transfers and ensure vehicles and drivers are arranged on time.
- Monitor ongoing tours and promptly resolve operational issues or guest requirements.
- Communicate important trip details to the sales team and other concerned departments.
- Follow up with suppliers for pending confirmations and payments.
- Ensure services are delivered according to the agreed itinerary and package inclusions.
- Handle last-minute changes and emergencies professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service partners.
- Collect guest feedback and coordinate with the concerned teams for service improvements.
- Ensure smooth pre-tour, during-tour, and post-tour operations.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of tour operations and travel industry processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Good negotiation and supplier-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak travel periods.
- Good written and spoken English; Malayalam is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in tour operations, travel agency, DMC, or hotel operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹212,163.63 - ₹981,115.78 per year
