Job Brief: As a Printer Engineer, your primary responsibility is to specialize in troubleshooting and repairing various printer types, including Laserjet, Inkjet and Plotters. This role involves providing online technical support to customers and internal team members, generating reports, analyzing customer problem management calls, and conducting root cause analysis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Utilize extensive knowledge of printer hardware components to diagnose and resolve issues in various brands of Laserjet, Inkjet, copiers and Plotters.
Provide expert online technical support to customers, assisting them in resolving printing- related issues promptly and effectively.
Offer technical guidance and support to internal team members, such as sales and purchase teams, regarding printer compatibility, functionalities, troubleshooting, and specifications. Generate detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports documenting repair activities, resolutions, and trends .
Compile data on service trends, and customer feedback for analysis.
Analyze and categorize Customer Problem Management (calls based on severity levels on a weekly basis.
Prioritize and address critical issues promptly while maintaining a systematic approach. Conduct root cause analysis for recurrent customer complaints.
Implement corrective actions to prevent repeated issues and enhance overall brand satisfaction.
Document identified root causes and implemented solutions for future reference and improvement.
Requirements & Skills: : Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer in printing industry Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issue
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
