About the Role:
Are you passionate about quality and precision? Join TIGC as a Lab Technician and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and durability. You’ll work closely with fabrics, fibers, and yarns—helping us deliver fast, functional, and fashion-forward apparel.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct physical & chemical testing (colorfastness, strength, pilling, etc.)
- Prepare and analyze lab samples with accuracy
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment for reliable results
- Record, interpret, and report testing data
- Ensure compliance with lab safety standards and protocols
- Maintain a clean and well-organized lab environment
- Track and manage lab inventory and supplies
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality
What We’re Looking For:
- B.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma in Textile Technology
- 2–6 years of experience in textile/lab testing (freshers with strong knowledge can apply)
- Understanding of textile testing standards and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
