About Loco Bear
Loco Bear is one of India's fastest-growing family entertainment and adventure destinations, offering immersive experiences through attractions, games, food & beverage, and social entertainment. As we continue to expand across multiple cities, we are looking for a highly driven PMC Manager to lead the planning and execution of new center launches, renovations, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of new Loco Bear and Loco Lane projects, including fit-outs, renovations, and expansion initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved quality standards.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual commitments.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress against project schedules.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams including Operations, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and Leadership.
- Facilitate timely approvals and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders.
Budget & Cost Control
- Track project expenditures and maintain cost controls.
- Review quotations, BOQs, work orders, and invoices.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all civil, interior, MEP, safety, and statutory requirements are met.
- Monitor project quality and compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Ensure proper documentation, permits, and approvals are in place.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Maintain project trackers, risk registers, and project documentation.
- Highlight risks, delays, and mitigation plans to management proactively.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in project management, PMC, construction, retail fit-outs, hospitality, entertainment, or commercial projects.
- Experience managing multi-site projects and vendor ecosystems is preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
