Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates for the position of Banking Sales Executive (Gold Loan). The role involves promoting gold loan products, interacting with customers, generating leads through field marketing, and assisting customers with basic documentation processes.
This is a field sales role, ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, traveling locally, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and explain gold loan products to customers
- Conduct field marketing activities to generate leads
- Visit nearby areas, shops, and customers for business development
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Assist customers with documentation and application processes
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Any Degree or Diploma
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to do field work and travel locally
- Positive attitude and energetic personality
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
