Job Description
D'LIFE Home Interiors is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Project Engineer to manage the execution of residential interior projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in interior fit-outs, site management, project coordination, quality control, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and installation teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets, material utilization, and site productivity.
- Resolve site-related issues and provide technical guidance to execution teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and handover records.
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure successful project completion with high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, modular furniture installation, civil works, and finishing activities.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
