About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern who is starting her/his career after a break and wants to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity suitable for women looking to re-enter the workforce.
Work Schedule
- Part-time engagement

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through the Naukri portal and other job platforms
- Search and shortlist profiles as per job requirements
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
- Assist in posting jobs on various recruitment platforms
- Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities
Requirements
- Women returning to work after a career break are encouraged to apply
- Prior recruitment, HR, or sourcing experience preferred
- Must have hands-on experience using the Naukri portal
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable making candidate calls and conducting preliminary screenings
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Profile
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing is an added advantage
- Self-driven and able to work independently
Stipend
- Based on experience and number of positions handled

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹8,260.08 per month
