Job Title: Customs Clearance Executive(Logistics Company)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review import/export documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate customs clearance activities for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Classify goods using appropriate tariff codes (HS Codes).
- Calculate duties, taxes, and other applicable charges.
- Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clients.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve customs-related issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customs transactions and supporting documents.
- Support audits and provide documentation when required.
- Stay updated on changes in customs laws, trade agreements, and import/export regulations.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of customs procedures, import/export regulations, and trade compliance.
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics documentation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customs clearance software/port systems.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2+ years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or logistics operations (experience requirement can vary).
- Knowledge of customs electronic filing systems and trade documentation
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
