- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing legacy and custom software applications.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code tailored to business requirements.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to IBM AS/400 environments.
- Capability to work within agile frameworks and adapt to changing project needs.
