## Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **MIS Specialist – Reporting (US)** to support reporting and management information processes for the US business. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, and BlackLine. This role will be responsible for preparing accurate reports, analyzing business data, developing dashboards, and providing actionable insights to support management decision-making.

## Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for US operations.
* Extract, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from SAP S/4HANA and other reporting systems.
* Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
* Support financial and operational reporting requirements across business functions.
* Perform data reconciliation, variance analysis, and trend analysis.
* Generate management reports and provide insights on key business metrics.
* Utilize BlackLine for reporting support, reconciliations, and process improvements.
* Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of reports to stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement within reporting activities.
* Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and resolve data discrepancies.
* Maintain reporting documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.

## Required Skills & Competencies
* Strong proficiency in **Advanced Excel** (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas, Data Analysis).
* Hands-on experience with **SAP S/4HANA**.
* Experience in **Power BI** for dashboard creation and business reporting.
* Working knowledge of **BlackLine**.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:** B.Com / M.Com
Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Business Reporting, Financial Reporting, or Data Analysis.
* Experience working in a Shared Services, Global Capability Center (GCC), or multinational environment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
