About the Role
Infyle Technologies is looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to generate quality leads through outbound calling.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain the company's IT services and solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility
- Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates must be from Mohali, Chandigarh, Punjab, or Himachal Pradesh.
- No Virtual Interviews.
- Candidates must attend a face-to-face interview at our Zirakpur office.
Education
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
