We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and customer engagement for adventure and outdoor equipment. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales leads through calls WhatsApp email and digital platforms while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inside sales activities and generate revenue growth
Handle B2B client acquisition and reseller onboarding
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with customers for product queries and sales support
Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Develop understanding of outdoor and adventure products
Key Requirements
Experience in inside sales or tele sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of MS Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
Target oriented and problem solving mindset
Experience with CRM tools preferred
Graduate or Post Graduate
