Role: Expat Plant Manager- CO₂ Plant
Location: Nigeria
Our client is looking for an experienced CO₂ Plant Manager to oversee the operations of a CO₂ production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily plant operations and optimize production.
- Ensure HSE and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee plant maintenance and equipment reliability.
- Maintain food-grade CO₂ quality standards.
- Lead and develop plant teams.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and operational reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–15 years' experience managing a CO₂ production facility.
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of CO₂ production, purification, liquefaction, and industrial gas operations.
- Experience with safety standards (ISO, FSSC, OSHA) and excellent leadership skills

Pay: ₹479,850.49 - ₹2,126,162.63 per year
