Office Time: 10:00AM to 7:00PM- 6 days a week
Location: Bodakdev- Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts for equipment sales.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their equipment needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term customer partnerships.
- Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development.
- Also candidates have to procure Architecture/construction and Interior Design projects from market.Company will provide some data to follow up.
- Visiting Architects / Interior Designers regularly, building in good relationship with them, providing very high level of premium service to move them up the value chain
- Monitor sales activity, track progress against targets, and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of excellent customer experience.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's market presence.
Skills:
- Preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Knowledge of equipment industry trends, products, and customer needs.
- Proficiency in using Email writing and MS Office applications
