7 Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction & positive feedback after sales-service.
8 Keeping a tab over pending PDD, follow up with channel / customer to ensure PDD isupdated with financier Hypo.
9 Basic understanding of KYC and other documents for used car loan processing
