1. Candidate must be from "Plastic Product Manufacturing Industry (Industrial "Drum, Bucket, Jar, Container (Icecream), Bakery Items, Bottles (Hygiene, Disinfectant & Sanitizer) etc.
2. Minimum 5+ Years Experience in Injection moulding machine Upto 550 ton
Robot Arm setup knowledge.
3. Duty Hours: 12 Hours (Rotational Shift Basis-Day/Night).
4. Free Accomodation at near factory (Dankuni).
5. Food Group wise (Self Preparation).
6. PPF & ESI Facilities.
7. Overtime will be provided for additional (Weekly Off).
8. Paid Holiday & Bonus additional as per ompany policy.

This is a full-time on-site role located at "Factory-Dankuni (Hooghly), Kolkata, West Bengal" for Head Operator-Injection Mould Machine. The role involves executing daily with the production team.
Experience:

* Incumbent must have 5+ years of experience in Head Operator Role.
* Experience in co-ordinating with medium production teams.
* Must have good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

* Standard knowledge of "New Product Production" very essential.
* Executed daily production activities, managing schedules and delegating tasks to the production staffs.
