We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to oversee and manage the sales operations of six branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, monitoring branch-wise sales activities, and leading the sales teams to ensure consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the sales operations of all 6 branches.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor branch-wise sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Lead, guide, and motivate branch sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular branch visits to review sales activities and provide support.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality service across all branches.
- Coordinate with branch managers to resolve sales-related challenges.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct sales review meetings and provide training and coaching to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, with experience in managing multiple branches or teams preferred.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and leading sales teams.
Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel frequently between branches.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
